Friendly people but not overbearing. The mechanic we talked with drove around with us when I described a potential problem I was having with my car. The summarized video of what they did to my car was really nice too.

This is my third Subaru in three two years. Great service and attitude. If I have any item to knock Subaru for is lack of loyalty perks which I expected since this was my third Subaru in two years and also have referred others that have purchase from it. Overall, great experience but poor loyalty perks.
