I DO recommend... (Verified Renter) I DO recommend this apartment community to everyone. The team that keeps this community flourishing is fantastic and my son and I love living here. We love the park like setting and that we feel completely safe.

These were not... (Verified Renter) These were not the nicest, but not the most run-down apartments in Edmond. Very average. Prices were cheaper than most, but that doesn't equal a fair price. I wasn't sure we were getting our money's worth - though I also just think the price of rent is super overrated everywhere. However, it's a fine place to live. Amenities were great and the town of Edmond is amazing.

I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend living in the apartment community. I have never experienced the such a pleasant place to live where the personnel and maintenance respects you and just makes you feel valued as a tenant. That goes a long way with me.

It is a... (Verified Renter) It is a very comfortable peaceful looking neighborhood, not many around like it anymore. Didn't see any ruffians running around vandalizing the place which is a sight for sore eyes, would have lined to see covered parking, but with the new dent repair center in town and the dent coverage on our cars, that's not much of an issue.
