I have recently taken over responsibility of my grandparents home after the need of assisted living. I have been mowing this lawn for 4 years for them, every one of which has seen 15%-20% of that lawn dead or barren. My yard was treated on 4/1 and I waited the 10 days and my yard has more weeds then you can imagine I called on 4/12 and left a message with all my info asking if they could return. I don't get a response. I call back on Friday 4-14 and left another message with all my info asking again to return to treat my yard and still no response.
