It's clear most people here dont give a crap about the patients, or their job. The PM shift nurses have horrible attitudes, and act as if you are bothering them if you ask any questions. Day shift is hit or miss, there are a few nice people on day shift. If you can afford better do NOT send your loved one here. Absolutely horrible facility!
My mom was in rehab for about six weeks. She had great nurses and assistants. I don’t have everyone’s name but Daviana, Marantha, Ellen, Kay were all excellent. I want to acknowledge Jessica especially bc she was very good w my mom. Even went and bought her some clothes. I appreciate you all taking car of my mom!
Food was always cold. Pain meds were always late. One day, I had to wait for over 2 hours for my pain meds, and my pain by then was at a 10! Way room was set up was AWFUL! Never again.
Worse place ever I would not recommend at all. Receptionist Adrianna is nice and helpful. They do not have enough staff to cover the amount of patients they have especially on the first floor. My Mom laid in her own feces for hours before someone came in to assist. If I knew my Mom would not be getting the type of care she needed I would not had chosen this facility at all. My dad has been at Spring Mill for a year and a half. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. With all of the procedures due to COVID, we are always well-informed on how we can visit and drop things off. There have been daily texts and emails for months now, which is nice to know they are keeping up with everything going on. We are always informed of things we should be.
