I wanna start off by saying management of this apartment complex is not 100% to blame but I will say ownership of this complex should be ashamed of themselves for how they conduct business. You seldom get somebody on the phone or someone to return your call when you do call. Don't say it's cuz you're walking the grounds cuz you're not because if you were walking the grounds you would notice all the trash and debris. I would give less stars but I can't. The maintenance workers don't come to fix anything. They will say they did but don't. The manager is never in the apartments. So you can't speak to her. The only other person on site is no use. This is ridiculous. I pay $1120 monthly to be ignored and not have my air conditioner working.
I woke up this morning to no water. I went to the office and was greeted with rudeness by two ladies. After standing there for a while to be welcomed I was asked with an attitude “what can I do for you?” I mentioned the water being off and was responded to with an attitude stating that an email was sent out about the water being off. I checked my email and there was no sign of one stating that. I’ve dealt with maintenance and they were amazing, although their response to our immediate issue was delayed. Thanks to LaNisha in the office I was able to get me and my daughter into a unit quickly. She answered all my questions and was so sweet and patient with me during the process. I also appreciated the office manager and how welcoming they both were. I would recommend looking here for tour next home.
Love it the office women are so nice EDIT: the lady in the office is sweet absolutely so professional, but everybody time I’ve gone in the office there is a maintenance worker who has Raise his voice at me once already and then called me an asshole to three other maintenance workers because he asked me how my day was and I said good. I’ve never once raised my voice at him. I was never rude to him. And now I’m nervous staying here because People keep keys to your apartments I have no problem with the last maintenance Guys.
