Great stay Great quick stop on our family road trip. Hotel is nice and clean, staff is friendly and location is quiet other than the occasional construction in the morning as the area is being developed. Room is clean, breakfast offerings are available despite COVID. And easy access to the highway and nearby shops if needed. Would stay again even for a quick trip to Phoenix.

Staff needs training They kept checking us in and out of the hotel and used the excuse that it was due to the third party booking system. That makes no sense since we booked the first three nights in advance. I was awakened by their call to come downstairs and resign in because they checked us out! I think it was incompetency on their part. The hotel is new and beautiful. Breakfast was fresh and tasted great. The staff talked to us like we should be thankful they were waiting on us.
Service deficits but overall OK. Stayed four days. Clean, and quieter than expected. Convenient location and check in/out. Website says hot breakfast but that is not true on weekdays. Toilet plugged and maintenance guy left a mess fixing it. They wanted 24 hours notice to clean the room, though they promptly delivered clean towels.
Wonderful stay 10/10! Definitely recommend!

Vacay in Goodyear I know with Covid rooms do not get cleaned as often. I requested maid service … actually as a suggestion of the front desk. After a long day, we were just ready to come back to a clean room with clean linen & fresh towels. We walked in just as we’d left it! I paid good money for this place & only requested to have my room cleaved 1dat out of a 5 night stay! I called the front desk & was told it was a new employee that took my request.
