[Name removed] was an excellent tour guide - extremely thorough answering our questions before they were even asked. We understood that the community is in the process of remodeling, so took that into consideration in our tour. Only reservation is the shared common area with the studies - unsure [blank].
Friendly and informative guided tour of the facility. I was shown rooms and activity areas and had all my questions answered. Clean, neat facilities warm and friendly staff.

After moving my mother first to the ALF - and then to Memory Care within a couple of days. I am thoroughly impressed with EVERY member of the TEAM. Very professional and compassionate personnel who are all aware of the family's struggle placing mom in facility.
