Amazing service by Byron and Jon helping my husband and I switch from another provider that was charging us way too much money. The process was long but everyone was patient and helped us go home with a lower monthly bill and new phones. I recommend this store because they were as quick as they could be and very nice and knowledgable.
Jon Ramos is the store manager and his customer service is outstanding. We switched over 7 lines from Verizon, and while we started off on a rocky start, he has gone above and beyond to make sure we are happy customers. HIghly recommend this store.
They only have to sales people assisting the girl take names down has a snippy attitude and why is she not also helping customers? Where did all the sprint employee go why make excuses that ur understaff rather there just pushing products more than an hour wait time ridiculous three employees buy two disappear and only one is helping THIS IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS worse than going to car dealership
I arrived at this location to just a pay a T mobile bill, waited half an hour, just left. hire more employees. smh.
Hi my name is Jerry Stevens from the owner of the phone and I pulled into the roof 4060 mobile and jabari. Hope I'm saying this name right? He was wonderful very creative and help me out alone. Ways in this in my services? I'm not sure what I do any help me. Write along with all this and I was considering coming back to him with food.
