Personnel at this store have been super-courteous and helpful, especially Christopher. I've been very happy since changing to Sprint, no complaints at all. My only suggestion would be to have some kind of wait list system like the Verizon stores have. I enjoy browsing and looking at products around the store more than waiting in line for service. However, this store has never been crowded and waits haven't been long.
This was the WORST experience I have ever had at a Sprint store. They did not know how to transfer the data from my old phone to my new phone!! My sales person didn't care. Then he was going to send me out the door with out even making sure the phone worked!!! I cant wait until Monday to call Corporate and file a complaint. Maybe if I was 20 an was buying a 500.00 phone they would have been able to help me.
Came in to hopefully get off of my MetroPCS plan. Chris & Gustavo helped my entire family and I get our new Sprint plan, new phones, and were more than happy to help us with transferring all of our info from our old phones to our new ones. They helped us for about an hour and a half and even stayed 30 minutes after they closed to help us. Great service and wonderful personalities ! Loved my experience.
This Sprint store has faboulous customer service and a great staff. I came here to bring my son to get a new phone and service. They now offer month to month and the process was smooth and simple. No hidden agendas here. In and out! My best experience yet.
I went into the store today to upgrade to Sprints family and friends plan. I wasn't acknowledged when walking in, I had to approach staff to even be greeted and even then it seemed like they didn't want to talk or help me. After finally getting help the guy stopped helping me to start answering text messages and chuckling at them. After he was done with his texts he started helping me again.
