I had recently had my items stolen so I really needed a new phone. Raj was very helpful. I was stressed bc I didn’t have my physical debit card with me as it was stolen and he really went above and beyond to help me. Raj was thorough and helpful and I cannot imagine how I dealt with other phone dealers in the past. In addition, I have sprint and came here knowing the Tmobile and sprint merger. Flavio and Raj are amazing!! This was by far the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. From the moment we came through the door, they were extremely attentive and focused on meeting on our needs. They went above and beyond and I’m happy to say that I’m now a proud owner of an iPhone 12 ProMax. Awesome job guys!! Thank you!
I had the pleasure of being helped by the great T-Mobile experts at this location. Neph, especially, went above and beyond for my mother and I when we went in to purchase new phones. He was very patient and explained everything clearly. I had to order my phone, so it was delivered to me. ..Neph offered to help set-up my new phone once I received it, so I went back in and the service provided was exceptional! The entire team was helpful and also welcoming! I would rate more than 5 stars if given the option!
After 15+ years with sprint, I have left to Verizon . All because T-Mobile and sprints merge is such a mess that no employees have the same answer or Information on any issues or questions you have. There was no professionalism at this location. Not to mention that while I was there, I witnessed two other separate customers leave very upset at the service they received which didn't seem to surprise any of the employees there. I had a very good experience at this Sprint Store. I’ll give most (all) of the credit to Hector, a retail consultant at the store. He was so patient, kind, and most importantly HELPFUL. I successfully upgraded my phone without a problem. Highly recommend coming to this location for consultancy/service. Ask fo Hector!
