The staff that works at this location is awesome. D"art, Nate, and Jasmine are all phenomenal. So friendly and so helpful
Jasmine was incredibly helpful and knowledable about our upgrade options and was very friendly while helping us to pre order our new phones and accessories. Her and Manny were good conversation and I actually look forward yo coming back next week to see them again when we get our new flip phones.
The gentleman who helped me put a scan on the phone...but it froze..so I had to go back in ...but he was very nice
Beforehand, you should know this store does not do repairs (which I didn't know). I had major issues with the phone to where it was basically unusable, but shout to JC for being nice, helpful and quickly going through the process to activate my warranty and get me a replacement phone going! It was pretty quick, she explained things well and worked with me!
