This is the third time am visiting this store , of course they taking so much time to attend customers . Had doubts about the connectivity charges and new line to apply . Before they attending me I read all my requirement details in T mobile official site itself. My experience a T-mobile has always been amazing. I recently encountered issues with my Verizon carrier and Nicole Garcia assisted me with the transfer and T-Mobile assisted on the buy out of my iPhone! The transfer was efficient and Nicole’s customer service is at an elite level. Everybody hates long waits and being stuck in one place for extensive periods of time but Nicole made the experience enjoyable and rewarding. The representative that helped me her name was Nicole. She was great. Very informative. She actually took the time to explain everything. I didn’t feel like I was being oversold like I typically do when I go into the phone store. Great customer service.
