Never ever sign a contract with sprint. I have never been so abused.Right now, I feel like I can die! I am so upset and I am leaving this company for good . Never ever. I have never felt so tortured . Every 6 weeks I realized my bill had gone up by $100. I had to stay on the phone for 2-3 hours. I discussed and made new arrangements just to have them ignored or unacknowledged by the next representative one month after. This store was very helpful to me and have met my demands without any problems. I didn’t have to wait long and the process was done orderly and organized. One of the male representatives, Elvis, was knowledgeable about what he was doing and the promotions that sprint was offering. He gave me correct information and the expectations I should be looking for at Sprint. I came here to switch from Cricket and have made a good decision to switch to this company.

This is the best experience I've ever had in a Sprint store. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and patient. It took my wife and I almost two hours to purchase our new phones, modify our contracts, and migrate our data. The staff helped us every step of the way with useful information and smiles.

I am Store Manager that worked in this plaza near this store. The store hasn't been open for 3 days between 26 to 28th of March. Sprint customers came in to our store wondering what is going on. There were no notes posted, no notice, nothing. So I took the free time to contact other stores to find out whats going on. Seems like first I cannot get a hold of a manager. The staff at the Aspen hill store are always helpful especially katherine. I bought a new phone last year and I have a hard time getting use to it since because I had a old flip phone. I have been back to the store several times and katherine always is helpful. They always tell me to come back anytime when I need help. Sprint has always been my cell phone provider. The Sprint store in Aspen Hill is number one to me. Dolores
