I had them scheduled to clean my windows inside and out on April 11. Was told they would be at my house between 1:00 and 1:30. When no one had shown up by 3:00, I tried to call them but only got voice mail. Left a message asking for them to call me back. Never heard from anyone so I called them the next day and was told they "had a crazy day" the day prior and apologized for not showing up. I rescheduled them to come the afternoon of May 5th.
