Use them not. They were hours late with their technician. He is "on his way," according to customer service, and "he will be at your location in 22 minutes." The technician was non-English speaking. The technology is antiquated. Poor quality service. Even more intriguingly, I was given a "minimum charge" of $89, which is more expensive than the estimate I was given online.

Hey Frank, You have us confused with another cleaning company. We don't do any in home cleaning. We don't send technicians to your home for cleaning. We only pick up rugs to wash at our facility.
