Paul helped me sell my rental property in Richfield, MN. It was sold in a short time frame. Paul is very knowledgeable about rental property and real estate in general. He provided excellent services. He works with a professional photographer do all pictures of my rental that were posted on line for viewing were of exceptional quality. It makes the listing stand out among others. All in all I was very pleased with the experience. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.

Paul St. Andrew helped us sell our house in June 2015. He was the best! He helped us understand the market so that we would have realistic expectations about the value of our home. Paul has helped us twice in the past three years with both buying and selling properties. In both instances he was thorough, patient and honest with us in all the details and negotiations. Paul was really helpful in the process of selling our first home. We had an offer within a week of listing and sold in a month. He walked us through the process, and was supportive of our decisions. After the sale Paul continued to support us in anyway neccessary.
