This facility is very nice and seems to have the amenities that my mother would need for the income she has available to her.
***** Director answer all questions. excellent inter action with residents. Accomadate my early arrv. (+) Very clean,1 bedrm. very roomy, full kitchen. great price Nice laundry room. Met a resident loved her appt. Still afford considerable independence. Very Clean. (-) bathroom would have preferred a more updated shower. One that might accomadation being able to roll in. I really liked this place. It's a bit far north but I want to keep it on the list.
I REALLY FEEL ST CATHERINE IS THE ONE, WHEN AND IF WE WERE TO CHOOSE A RETIREMENT COMMUNITY. IT IS AFFORDABLE AND CLOSE TO FAMILY.
My father lived here for a few months and the staff are raggedy, the food is tasteless and they treated him like a child. Do your loved one a favor…Don’t put your loved one here.. There are other facilities that are way better than this one!
I had my mom here for two weeks then I moved her after a situation arose from her living there. She was without electricity for 4 days. No heat, no AC, nothing was working. They say they cleaned the apartment but they didn’t. Don’t be fooled by the smiles and excuses.
St. Catherine Retirement Community hasn't been the same in about 2-3 years it's just been downhill and doesn't appear to be getting better anytime soon. The tent continues to go up with no benefits for the resident, leaves me to wonder what have you done that you feel the need to do so? Continues new employees, diner is just a disaster now,bit used to be the most exciting part of the day to socialize now the resident can't wait to get back home because of poor service, wouldn't recommend to anyone
