I have enjoyed this bowling alley for the last 3 years that I have lived here in river falls. The food is good, the service has always been great BUT, I have experienced the WORST customer service today. It took 15 minutes for our server to show up to the bar area with no one else here. She gave us major attitude during our service and did not give us our tab after 10 min of asking with NO ONE IN THE BAR. We asked the lane assistant for our tab.
