I have a 7yr old spa that was not working. The place I bought it from went out of business. I reached out to St Cyr's and they were more then happy to help. Fast, Friendly customer service, scheduled appointment, technician was on time, friendly, hard working and got the job done. We were very pleased with St Cyr's and would highly recommend them.
Horrible customer service, lazy technician x2 (Zack) and way overpriced. The pictures are from the opening and TWO cleanings. Still has algae and leaves leftover from last season. The yellow in my grass is where they drained the chemical filled water, even after we pointed out the drain. Now I have to pay to get it fixed. After being charged close to $1200. As for the cleaning like I said it is very difficult to get a green pool with lots of mixed debris cleaned in just 1 1 hour vac service. Because they rolled my cover abs won’t cover back to redo it abs fold it properly for storage. “they don’t have anyone to deal with a pool cover”.

Hi Charlotte, we appreciate you business over the last few years . Think there might be a misunderstanding as your cover was folded as we always do, put in the bag and in your shed. We sent someone over when you first called about the cover to move it for you, and it was properly in the cover and in shed already. I will have the office call tomorrow and see if there is another way you would like it stored.
