Ā RecommendedDr. Trey Castellanos was absolutely amazing.. Our Dane sliced his leg last night and all 24 hour vets had 15 to 24 hour wait... I contacted St.Francis this morning as was told they could possibly get him in at close to 8pm and to send photos for the Vet to review. At 2pm I got a call stating they wanted him in now to get it fixed.. Dr.Trey was so kind and explained everything that was going to happen and after 20 stitches our boy is home and healing! Loved them!! They were great with my German Shepherd puppy, Ruger. He had to go in an emergency setting(his penis was swollen, and stuck, unable to go back into place!) and I had the hardest time finding any places that would accept new patients. Not only did they accept him but they made room for him on the spot. My dog is fearful of everybody but yet he wasn't afraid of any of the staff here at all. They did an amazing job, I am so happy with the services we received and how well they worked with him.Ā
Despite staffing shortages and the pandemic, the St. Frances medical team provided such amazing care for our Lab/ Dane mix, Tinkerbell. They were straight to the point with what we needed to do to diagnose and quickly came to the conclusion that she needed emergency surgery. They then called around to help us get the best Dr and the best quote for her surgery. They were kind, caring, understanding, and super helpful to us. We really canāt thank or recommend them enough. Our girl is going to be just fine, thank you! ā¤ļøĀ

I brought my kitten in because he had a fish hook stuck in his tongue... with no questions asked they brought him back to the veterinarian and discussed policies and procedures and we were in and out in 45 even with him being sedated. Super nice staff all around.Ā

The doctors and staff made what was a horrible 3 days a little better. They took good care of my 11 year old Raisin. It was clear they cared about her. I even heard them through closed doors talking about how adorable and sweet she was. To know that they enjoyed her not just because itās their job shows the dedication of the people at this hospital.
