RecommendedI had a very positive experience with St. Francis! My kitty was experiencing a sneeze and shaking of her head just prior to me going out of town. I could not get in to any of my reg vets nor the ER clinic. I called St. Francis. They said there would be a wait but that they would call and at that time I could come over. They checked out my kitty. Administered the appropriate meds. And everything worked out. They were extremely considerate and I would definitely use their services again.
They took my cat as a transport after surgery and their staff has been some the kindest staff I’ve met.
I've been to so many vets. so many, by far St. Francis has the best warm hearted staff ever. they are affordable and accommodating. 5 stars from me! ❤️

Dr. Evans and her team are absolutely amazing! When my dog started throwing up blood, St. Francis was the only clinic who would take her. She was triaged and brought in immediately. I was constantly called to give me updates, and I could tell that they deeply cared for my dog, and wanted to give her the best care. I was given price quotes for all of my options. Even though Murphy (my dog) was not feeling well at all, I could tell that she felt safe being there, and that she was treated well. I am happy to say, that in these ... read more

We took our dog there on a urgent care situation. She received excellent care. The staff was friendly and gracious. The vet who treated her was knowledgeable and open to discussing options with me. I would definitely recommend St. Francis Animal Hospital to families in Vancouver who are looking for a practice for their animals.
