St Francis has cared for my animals for many years. From end of life care to new puppies. I’m always confident my pets will be cared for. Update: St Francis is still great at caring for my pets. I have had a young puppy with many health issues and they are always there for me and do a great job. They have had to refer our care to a specialist. But I am hopeful he will recover these health concerns and we will be back. They are our primary vet for two of our pets. They make me feel cared for as well as my pets.
It was such a pleasure working with Saint Francis Animal Hospital for my recent reptile emergency. My Bearded Dragon had two toes that went necrotic from very old stuck shed. It was so daunting to find a veterinarian office open on Easter, let alone one that sees reptiles. Saint Francis was open and ready to take in my little guy as an emergency walk-in. This was our second visit to St. Francis for a pet emergency. The entire staff was absolutely amazing! They got my sick kitty back immediately and got him taken care of. Everyone was so compassionate and kind, especially the young girl with piercings who took care of us. We really appreciate how she explained everything and made needed clarifications with Dr. Trey so that we understood everything that was going on, why, and how much everything would cost. They were super kind and helpful with my 18 year old cat through all of his health scares in recent years. They were also super kind and helpful through his last days. THE TREAT HENS! I had an extremely hard time finding a vet that could provide care for my hens. I used to have to go all the way to Portland to a place that was very difficult to get an appointment. I was very relieved when I found St.Francis. Dr.Stanhope has always been great, honest & caring. Some vets have been dismissive of my feelings for my hens, Dr.Stanhope has always been sympathetic because he keeps hens also. I have not had an issue with billing or pricing.
