RecommendedAbsolutely nothing. They put my pug under for a procedure and he died. I was devastated. I found from my new vet that this clinic has a reputation of this happening frequently. The reason, I was told, was because they use the absolute cheapest anesthesia to cut costs. Deplorable, They killed my dog in a cost cutting action.

Impossible to get your pet seen. The scheduling people have 0 customer service skills.
We were please by the first visit for our dog, after coming here from a bad experience else where. However, was misled twice on one situation which was a complete inconvenience. We were told that with the Lyme shot and booster, we could 1. Pay ahead and that way when we came to get the booster it would be done, which we opted to do (or thought we did.. apparently they didn’t charge us even though we said we want to pay ahead) and 2. Tango and I both loved it. Great technicians and doctor.. it was our first time going to this vet clinic and am happy that I made the choice. They were very professional and answered all my questions. We will be back and will recommend them to my friends with animals🐾❤️👍🏻

Dr. Tracey Thomas was professionally irresponsible by treating my animal, which she was not competent in treating even though she said she was capable of treating her. Not only did Dr. Thomas extend my animals suffering unnecessarily, by repeatedly assuring me and claiming she spoke with other veterinarians, she also delayed lifesaving treatment by five days that another Veterinarian could have given had she been honest about her lack of experience in the first place. I have to leave my review here and let you all know how disappointed I am. This has been my vet clinic for 15+ years and have had all our pets here. Spent thousands of dollars here just in the past couple years. I have a dog that has seizures and on a Saturday she had a very bad one, one that she's never had before. Now this vet clinic has all her records and the plan was to start her on meds if they ever got worse - this is all in her file. They missed diagnosis my dog. Saying he had a blockage in his throat and when I.had to bring him to another to get him scoped. I found out he had no blockage and it was a BEE STING. I feel they jumped to one easy thing instead of looking at other problems or being able to read their xrays right. I almost had to put him down thinking I would not be able to afford to get a blockage out and it wasn't even the problem he had.
