We won't be going back, they have a Dr. Rotation which I've given up on because they don't take responsibility for there errors: We've been going to this Vet "hospital" for several years and have spent thousands without a complaint and always trusted the Doctors until Feb 4th. Trust. Something we ran short of at this veterinary office. For years we have taken our pets here and have been very happy, especially with Dr. Houston. Today we had 2 pets with appointments with a different vet. This vet, when checking out older dog for arthritis, lifted his back leg, and said, yup, he has rthritis. Really? The other dog had a little eye infection. We expect to be charged the $80 per visit, but not the other Gung-ho charges. Feeling defrauded you say? you might too after $420. Seemed very nice at first but we have been let down time and time again. Two people have tried calling multiple times through out the past few day, leaving messages and still no call back from them. It is disappointing that they don't seem to really care.
I wish I would have read through all these reviews before I took my kitten to them. The information they gave was half assed and the staff was rude and pushy, they quoted me one price which was already expensive and then after the fact gave me another price for things that were not mentioned originally. MY first instinct after they quoted me that outrageous price was to go elsewhere but since Covid few places are taking new patients and their pets. I was forced to go ahead and use them. Look elsewhere! Just bad customer service. Have been there twice and felt like they just wanted to get on to the next appointment. They don't want to take the necessary time to answer your questions and concerns. very unpleasant staff as well.

I can't even begin to explain the horrible experience I've had at this clinic. ***THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING HERE*** As a customer I hope to be treated fairly, honestly and with respect, that was not the case at this Clinic. Let's walk through the events that led up to this poor review and a very unhappy customer. I'm a student who is living off of a very tight budget, so I call/email around town to get a good price for my cat's declaw surgery - I don't want somewhere that is too cheap (bad care), but I can't afford anything too expensive. Honestly, the only good thing about this clinic (from MY experience) was the front desk woman. She was really on the ball and gave the place a great face for the public. She seemed to know more than the assistants/nurses and caught that an assistant was giving me the wrong medicine for my dog and took it on herself to check my paperwork and double check with the vet. Honest and Unbiased. Save yourself the headache and do not take your pet to this place. It is probably the most expensive in St. George and by far you do not get your money's worth as far as care goes. This place overcharges on everything to pay for their facilities and don't be fooled by the name as it is not representative of our great community.
