Wonderful initial care of our senior pet with a serious injury and continued follow up initiated by Dr. Brown. Also very patient & helpful with quick responses to any concerns we called in about. We were told the charges for all services for our approval before they were performed, and not required to make appointments with the Dr. in order to get new/renewal prescriptions. We are just temporary visitors to St.Augustine & we were treated like long time loyal customers. We recommend them very highly indeed !
Another great grooming experience with Hope!! We have taken our dogs to the St Johns Veterinary Clinic for over 15 years and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this wonderful facility!

When I moved 3 years to St. Augustine I took my cat to the Clinic. She has chronic kidney disease. Their care of her is exemplary. Dr. Wihbey is thorough, professional and has a great sense of humor. I also found 5 abandoned kittens about 3 weeks old in my backyard. They took me immediately when I called and have taken the best care of these kittens. The vet techs are great, Jules and Veronica to name a few are great and the front desk is the most professional and compassionate team . I cannot say enough.
My Persian cats just love Amber. One is shy and one is skittish and they quickly warm up to her (which is very unusual). Truly a cat whisperer. She also always ends our interaction with “Have a blessed day”. Highly recommend!
Stellar staff. The personnel was compassionate, caring and so helpful From receptionist and her co workers to the Vet and her tech who showed kindness and respect for our situation. We were not patients of the practice but were traveling with our pet who got into trouble very quickly. They accommodated us so quickly and eased out pets pain and ours. Eternally grateful to all

Wow I've been to many local vet offices and have never been more impressed! I work with shelter cats and help with pet rescue so often need quick emergency care, I was able to get in the day I called with a kitten that I found by the side of the road. The entire team was so caring and compassionate and even offered to help me with the kitten. This will be my new first choice for my vet needs, I was also surprised at how affordable my visit was I highly recommend this team!

I’ve been a client for almost a year. Only boarding that would take large senior dog with an enlarge heart. So glad I found them. Friendly, great care. Charlie loves it.
