Excellent customer service from start to finish. They were very attuned to my son and patient with him as they explained all of the tools, letting him touch them and talk about them until he felt more comfortable. He had a good time at the dentist, which is such a wonderful thing to be able to say.
Hygenist Nikki made a world of difference in my experience with my young boys (3.5yrs and almost 2yrs). She took a lot of time to get them comfortable, more than others have in the past. I've requested to have her next time! Thank you so much!!!
My son has been visiting St. Louis Pediatric Dentistry with Dr. Reed's from a very young age. The easy going, kind and caring staff makes my kiddos dental experience enjoyable.
The staff was friendly and great with the kids. The TVs, fish tank, etc. makes it very kid friendly and the kids more comfortable!
We have seen several of the dentists and hygienists. All have been very patient and caring with my children. I am shocked that my skeptical 2.5 year old sat still for ALL of the treatment! I thought for sure we'd still be introducing him to the dentist at this point!
