Have been a patient for 3 years, asked if they were "in network" they were for the first 2 years, then we went to have teeth cleaned this year and it cost me over $300 because they are no longer "in network" but did not tell us they changed. Went to another dentist 5 weeks later to have some other work done and they told us that there was tartar build up that they said it did not build up in such a short period of time. Research has shown that tartar can form in just 12 hours if proper homecare is not performed. Regarding insurance, your insurance company moved your plan into another group of coverage that we are not in network with. when you don't have insurance and they charge you $200.00 to fill a tooth and they don't even get that from an insurance company. Never will go back and when they called me a year later and told them about themselves and never to call me again they just hung up.
