I generally feel that doctors have too much paperwork to do and patients to see to pay their school bills. The system as a whole . . . blah! However, Dr. Stacie Egan is different. I have hEDS and Stacie has helped diagnose me with various tests and treat me for many things. Gastroparesis, GERD, esophageal dysmotility, hemorrhoids, fissures, and every type of SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth) because I’m oh so lucky and hit the jackpot. She’s just ordered a full abdominal ultrasound to see why simply eating certain benign things makes my intestines hurt. Could be gall bladder. She has been a blessing , in my health care . I would highly recommend her to anybody with intestinal problems she knows her stuff. She treat you with respect although she is a very busy woman so don’t expect a lot of chatchat. But she goes above and beyond to help you understand your condition. an oddity nowadays, i’m so happy I found a caring doctor.
