Where do I start, Stacy Miller-Kuiper and her team were AWESOME! They were a lifesaver to me. I came in w/a divorce, a land contract, a duplex that i rent half and live in half, and need help getting a loan. Everyone else I had talked to either hung up, or refused help as soon as I said " Land Contract." Not Stacy....she knew exactly what to do, and assured me it was all going to work out. Stacey made everything so simple to understand for me and my husband, who are first time home buyers. She went the extra mile to contact the realtors to help advocate for us as good buyers. It truly shows how much she cares for her buyers. I’d highly recommend Stacey to anyone buying a house, but especially first time home buyers as the process is very overwhelming and competitive.
