Buying a used car can be such a pain, especially if you a looking for onw under $12,000. Stadium Nissan had a grat selection and an awsome sales person in David. He took his time and showed me all the vehicles he had along with some new ones too. I got a great deal with no pressure. I was so mean to Josh when I first showed up. Frustrated and unhappy with how the first 2 nissan dealerships had treated me, I definitly showed up with my gaurd extreamly high. Josh approached me totally differently than anyone had done in the past, first by thanking me for being there and secondly letting me know that he would be happy to guide me threw his inventlry at my pace and time frame. I have a 2003 xterra that has been given me fits. I was at my wits end, when I met melisa. She took the time to put up with my ramblings, and got my suv right in for service. she called me about an hour later with the problem. I gave her the ok to fix it. Not only was the car ready as promissed, but they washed it too. The xterra runs great now and I would recomend melisa to everyone.
This dealership was previously Douglas Nissan, it has undergone an ownership change. I read all of the reviews for Douglas Nissan and my experience was exactly the opposite. I called the day before I went in to purchase my new Nissan Versa and spoke with Steve. He was extremely friendly and funny, answered all of my questions and even a few more. This dealer doesn't want to do business. Called from out of state about a used car. 1. Took two trips (two phone calls) from salesman to manager 2. Didn't want to discuss trade-in because some came in misreported in condition (this was a brand new vehicle with Manheim condition report) 3. Didn't want to buy from a dealer to save customer $3500 in state sales tax 4. Every answer was "no" with no questions asked of the customer. Total isolation of decision maker from customer. He was disrespectful, degrading, belittling and ignorantly rude to say the least. He was clearly sexist as well, so ladies, do NOT shop with him if you want to be treated fairly. Had someone witnessed this disgusting attitude and disrespectful tone on any employee toward a customer, they would have been fired on the spot without a doubt. "Ripoff" had my daughter versa note 2015 for repair of the engine trouble charge us over $900.00 without fixing trying disputed without any use, what a ripoff , stay away from this dealer
