The service rep. has always been very helpful in suggesting what repairs were necessary and what were optional. "Great Service" Service was great. Mike was really helpful and nice he makes sure that all I needed was taken care of. Mike got me home on the shuttle and called me when the car was ready for pickup.
"Excellent Services" I was received by Peter. He was very attentive with me and understood exactly what I needed to get fixed and he got on it right away and provided and excellent service experience.
"Great Service!" Service was great! Arturo was very courteous and accommodating. I would have given 5 stars but I was a little disappointed after reviewing the invoice and realized that the $50 discount we agreed on after the estimate was given wasn’t actually applied. Original estimate was $89.95. Phone estimate for coolant system repairs were $339 which totals $429 plus tax. Service was $441 out the door which would be about right but Where’s the discount?
