Got the toy I wanted although you no longer allow for the online price match which is definitely not a good way to keep business everyone will be switching to online

Iv had great customer service here and iv had horrible customer service. When someone does not want to buy the store warranty, you do not turn around and give the customer attitude. Not only did this happen to me but I just witnessed it happen to another lady at your store with the same employee.
