FANTASTIC customer service Jack at the Yonge and Dundas location went above and beyond when I came in with a broken toy a couple weeks back. Was very helpful, friendly, and made sure I walked away feeling resolved. So helpful. I have tried many Adult shops, I work in the sex industry, and have purchased a wide variety of products at different price points from the stag shop as well as many other toy providers.
