This is not a transparent company. Avoid working with StagePoint Federal Credit Union.
StagePointFCI does NOT understand the meaning of customer service. A simple phone called would have fixed the problem. I have a loan with StagePoint and I set up with automatic withdraw. I would see the withdraw each month and never worried about it. After about 2 years I decided to go in to check on the loan and I found out they had been charging me an additional $350 per month since they claim they hadn't received Proof of Insurance. I've been an LPFCU customer for 5 years now for both my small business and a personal checking account.
