This is not a transparent company. Avoid working with StagePoint Federal Credit Union.
StagePointFCI does NOT understand the meaning of customer service. A simple phone called would have fixed the problem. I have a loan with StagePoint and I set up with automatic withdraw. I would see the withdraw each month and never worried about it. After about 2 years I decided to go in to check on the loan and I found out they had been charging me an additional $350 per month since they claim they hadn't received Proof of Insurance. I really hate to post a negative review... But maybe I can help another small business out there with this. I've been an LPFCU customer for 5 years now for both my small business and a personal checking account. It seems almost purposeful that they make things more difficult, from cancelling random check numbers for no reason, to refusing deposits because the instructions on their app are wrong, auto-transfers happening on the wrong day, overdraft fees(when you opted out of the program and the overdraft was due to their erro... read more
