This is the third time Standard Heating & Air Conditioning has rescued us. The difference this time - it was a Sunday and cold with an impending blizzard. I had issues with my furnace on the coldest day of the year. Missy the after hour person , handled my call and was understanding and professional. When she found out I had no heat she arranged for someone to bring me space heaters! Who does that? Standard Heating does! The. Person who brought the heaters trouble shooted and found the problem! Standard Heating and Air is the best! We are setup for annual maintenance and couldn’t be happier with them. Manny was our latest technician and he did a fantastic job with our furnace and humidifier maintenance. We look forward to using them this summer for our a/c unit maintenance & inspection.
I cannot possibly be happier with Standard Heating and Air. After my apartment managers futzed around with patching up the furnace and having it go out constantly over the last four or five years since I've been here, Standard had finally been called. It took Jake the better part of an entire work day and we are finally beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel!
We have always had top notch service technicians from Standard Htg & Air…professional, courteous and knowledgeable with both installation of new units and maintenance. Today Jake performed our semi-annual maintenance…the same great customer service…was prompt and efficient in taking care of us. Thank you!
