This most recent interaction was with David Farrell and his professionalism was outstanding. He provided me with much needed advice. Additionally, the service meant that came to do the job were great. I have been a customer of Stanley Ruth for 20 years and couldn't be more pleased.
We have used Stanley Ruth for in wall air conditioners. They comply with all regulations. Sleeve change if needed. It is expensive. If you buy a air-conditioned and there is a sleeve in place that you can use I would use PC Richards instead, why they are cheaper. They have a service that promise to stand by you if you buy from them.
I had an older McQuay PTAC system that was failing and needed to be replaced. Stanley Ruth’s prices were competitive vs others (not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either) but most importantly, they had a product that others were not offering ( a modified unit that was custom wired and much quieter than any AC i have ever owned).
