RecommendedThis place is amazing!!!!! They have 4K laser projectors that are the best picture I have ever seen at a movie. The sound is far better than any theatre I've been to as well. All of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The food is great and very reasonably priced. This will be my new movie theatre from now on. I highly recommend you check this theatre out!!!!
To provide some context. We went on a Saturday 10:55pm showing. We arrived about 10 minutes before the showing to settle in and place an order. We waited about 10 minutes before someone came to our table to take our order after we pressed the button for service. Then the server tells us that the kitchen is closing in 10 minutes and she can take all our orders at once and drinks would not be refilled. We planned a date night. Hard to get cocktails, the margarita was undrinkable. Took over 20 minutes to get chips and dip. We were planning on multiple cocktails, food, dessert etc. but it was so slow and poor quality we couldn’t wait to leave. Don’t go!!!!
Not once, but twice! First one: We went as a family around Christmas, it was going to be dinner and a movie. Got our tickets, no employee said anything to us about not being able to order food. We sat down picked what we wanted from the menu, hit the order button. Ten minutes later a server came in and rudely explained we could order but would not get our food until after the movie, maybe. RecommendedI’ve been here before and enjoyed it very much. What I didn’t enjoy about this last visit is the apparent employee that brought her drunk date and ruined Star Wars for my wife and I. We both (my wife and I) had to tell them both (the employee and her date) to please keep it down because they were carrying a loud conversation and the date was being a loud drunk.

Took 15 minutes to find a parking place in the garage. Anyone can park there now. It was good when you could get your parking ticket validated and you could easily get a parking spot and still not have to pay. I don't think the shops' customers in Century Square will be able to find parking in the garage either so they'll have to pay outside. I loved Star Cinema Grill but it's not worth the hassle and also have to pay the higher cost of admission.

We're sorry you had a hard time finding parking, Judy. Unfortunately, we don't control the parking garage, the property management company does, so we can't make it free or set a price. We're sorry if that keeps you away on the busy weekends. Perhaps a weekday evening might be easier. :)
It was clean, food was nothing special and the seating was comfortable. This is a nice theatre but I would eat somewhere else nearby for better food quality. Nice theatre but will probably stick to Cinemark since it’s closer.
Friendly staff, and food was good. Didn’t think the staff coming in and out during movie was going to be a huge distraction but it was for me. Payment process was not what I expected and didn’t like the wait after the movie was over. I probably won’t return.
