Service is super slow and the seats suck

Terrible customer service. We were sitting in the private pods and enjoyed dinner while watching a a brand new movie release. I had issues with trying to take care of my bill after my movie. It took their staff 30 mins AFTER the movie to get my bill together. It was such a hassle just to pay for my dinner. The manager gave us passes. You can't use the passes in the private pods. You can't use them online. I drive up there to use passes to see a new movie coming out and they wouldn't let me use the passes. So I get pas... read more

Service was horrible. Didn’t even get our food for at least an hour and then didn’t get my refill and had to ask a couple of times before getting it. What’s the point of going to a movie with dinner if you can’t get the food??? The people all around us looked like they all got their orders fast, seems it was just us, one mistake I could over look but it was repeated and then get apologies and say I will personally bring it and that still didn’t.
