RecommendedFirst time visiting this theater and we were shocked at how clean and nice it was. The tickets were more affordable then the other theaters around us. Our server was amazing and was attentive to all of our needs. I could have cared less that there are no free refills. My only complaint was the food! The food is not great and is mediocre. We have the spinach artichoke dip and it was spicy. We sent it back and got the queso and chips. It was not good at all. My husband got steak tacos and they were good. RecommendedI couldn't find my phone once Id left the theater. The girls working last night let me back in the theater where I had been and one of them crawled under the theater seat to find my phone. You can't fake customer service like that.
RecommendedMy movie-watching experience was overall good - comfortable seats with attentive service - though Star's egregiously over-salted popcorn has no place in an upscale theater. I miss the fresh, bottomless popcorn with real butter that Alamo served!
RecommendedThe interior has been updated and the reclining seats are so comfortable. It's a total different vibe from what is use to be. I'll definitely return.
