As good as going to the dentist could be.
I have finally found a dentist that is proactive and not just reactive. For the last two years I have been to 3 different dentists trying to get my failing teeth under control. Each time I was let down and I was starting to lose faith in dentistry altogether. That was until I made an appointment with Dr. Roy Thompson. It was great! Everybody working there was very nice and welcoming as soon as I walked in. From the clean indoors and homey furniture to their hospitality, they easily make you feel right at ease there. All my questions was answered and even more that I had yet to even think of at the time. They were very informative in a way that I could easily understand, and they never dared to leave out any details. I also liked how there wasn't any pressure when it came to paying; for they will try to make it work for your convenience.

Professional but relaxed atmosphere. Accurate, not pushy, great service, very attentive to how I feel and my opinion about my needs. Best dental work I've ever had. I rarely give 5 stars out because that means above great. They are above great. Thank you Dr. Thompson and all of your staff!!!
No one available to greet patients at initial entry, usually have to wait several minutes to check in. The doc is great and the staff very friendly.
Just had my initial consult to establish if I wanted to have quite a bit of work done by Dr Thompson and left the office feeling extremely.confident that all of my expectations will be met. The staff took time to explain everything thoroughly and were very friendly. The practice was very well appointed with state of the art equipment. I'm looking forward to getting started.
