My visit was pleasant and everyone in the office was very welcoming. The only issue I have is cost. When I made my appointment, I spoke with Veronica, who told me that the rate for a denture adjustment is around $77 and they would bill my insurance. When I received a courtesy reminder and spoke once again with the same woman, I again asked what I needed to bring with me. I have a so much fear associated with going to the dentist. I was looking for a new dentist and one that is accustom to dealing with patients like me.

My experience with the doctor and staff is always a positive one. I am continually shocked at the cost of dental care and I wish it were less. I see myself in my older years as having to yank out my teeth because I cannot afford today's dental care costs.

Your current patients already know what a great service you provide. The Nervous Nellys out there with dentist phobias may find this hard to believe, but: on a recent visit, it just so happens I had stayed up extremely late the night before, and my visit was scheduled during a time period where I sometimes catch an afternoon nap on occasion. My comfort and confidence level at Dr. Thomson's office is so high I not only managed to catch up on some light napping but also had 4 fillings processed at the same time. I fell if someone comes thru the door and has a Good insurance policy ($10,000) the treatment or the correction plan, shouldn't have to cost the person close to $4000 out of pocket. How many middle class or poor people have that kind of money, but feels he?she has good insurance. There has to be a plan that should be fair I didnt feel that it was fair. I believe you are to High and thats My View. I didnt feel it was right. But on the other side I could be wrong I just had to speak my mind.

As a new patient, I wanted to make sure that I had a second opinion after getting a plan for treatment. So, I went to another dentist for some insight, just to be sure. After being less than impressed with another dentist's diagnosis (was a far less sensible option), I came back (would have begged at that point) to Dr Thompson.
