Break down of communication between all the different people and emails. Multiple emails about the same thing without explanation for why the need for duplicate copies. Communication started strong then disappeared toward the end of the process when schedule appraisal and closing. Star was great! Always gave detailed information and pertinent answers to questions.
Hands down the best company to handle your home loan needs. Starcia and Mel really know their stuff. They communicated every step of the way answered any questions I had and were very empathetic when I was starting to feel defeated..going through this process isn’t an easy task If you need a loan company I HIGHLY recommend them!!
