I went on the Haunted Hollywood Tour with my friend Katie, we had a blast! Our guide, Rob, was amazing! He was so friendly, knew his facts, and very clearly, was having a great time along with everyone else on the tour. I highly recommend this tour. It lasted about 2 1/2 hours and we went all over Hollywood! Learned lots of creepy, spooky ghost stories about Hollywood. 5 Stars!!!
I booked my tour from Woodland Hills Marriott. They did not tell me they could not pick me up because of traffic. I called the 800 number and they told me to take an Uber and they would reimburse me. They did. But I would not have k own had I not called. The tour itself was great. The tour leader and the driver were very nice.
STAN was the best driver! We took the Movie Stars’ Homes Tour departing from the Chinese Theatre in Hollywood on Wednesday afternoon. The employee at the kiosk was friendly and helpful. We were a little concerned about the cost as we were reaching the end of our vacation budget (our very last day in town), and he was able to help us find a price that worked for us. Tour was interesting and informational. It was nice to know that we weren't paying or struggling with parking at all of the locations! The wax museum was a ton of fun, and each bus had a friendly driver. Around closing time there were three busses that dropped Red Route passengers off at stop number one to get us all onto one bus, that was frustrating as a crowd surrounding street performers was in the same place we were instructed to line up. Excellent tour to explore the Los Angeles in a day. Good and caring staff.
Starline Tours went above and beyond and it honestly couldn't of been better. The staff made sure we had every question answered and the drivers of every route were so helpful and caring. Driving/ Parking in the city isn't the most simple thing to do, so we were glad to have a bus that drove us, dropped us off, as well as picked us up. The Hop on Hop off bus was absolutely wonderful for us. I couldn't of appreciated it more.

One of your tour guides drove us out to 6 Flags late August 2016, the most beautiful lovely lady who was hilarious and filled with lots of hot tips about the local area!! Cannot recommend enough!!! :D
