Absolutely terrible service. We book a van 3 MONTHS in advance for a family cruise, then arrive to our pick up spot 40 mins early and wait for over an hour to have the driver not show up. After multiple calls, we kept getting excuses from the driver and he was just 10 mins away but never showed. On the 4th call, the driver stops answering his phone. The office is almost unapologetic and blames it on traffic. We might miss our cruise and paid over $70 per person for a ride 3 months in advance, but hey... traffic is bad ... read more
