Startech Auto has been my trusted MB auto service and repair advisors for many years. I had a late model ML350 and they guided me through numerous repair issues, letting me know my options, what were important issues to address and what repairs could wait. Pricing was always reasonable and we'll explained. When the cost of repairs became excessive they kindly advised it was time to trade it in. I recently purchased a C 250 and returned to Startech for service. They continue to provide excellent service and good value.
Top notch service by polite and professional technicians. Expensive cars means expensive repairs, however, no padding the price tag. The work gets done in a reasonable time and at a reasonable price; highly recommended!

Steering wheel on my Mercedes started making squeaking sound, so I took it to Startech Auto Inc., The owner took time to explain me what is causing the sound, the options I have and how much it will cost. He recommended not to change the part as it cost $2k plus. He suggested other preventive options which cost me less than $100. Have spent over $1,300 here, Nothing but Trouble!! Avoid at all costs!! Have had my car repaired somewhere else for a fraction of that $1300 that might as well been thrown in the trash. Please do better
