Had an emergency with my dog and called them because they were the only place open. They agreed to take him and took all his information, I’m hysterically crying, driving as fast as I can get him there (like a 10 minute drive from my house) and someone calls me back, saying they are refusing to take him. I’m like what they already agreed, we are like a minute away and there’s nowhere else to go except champaign they were like well there’s nothing we can do and were trying to make excuses… and told us that we couldn’t come. I... read more

Absolutely not! We had a stray kitten that found us and we wanted to take home they were the only vet that I could get her into (probably because they are so expensive). We explained that she came out of the woods and wanted to make sure she was all checked out so she could come home to us. 266 dollars later she came home and she infested in fleas. We were told she ONLY had ear mites and otherwise okay. She had HUGE fleas crawling across her face. I called them and explained my frustration and they stated unless we asked the... read more

Been taking my animals there for 30 years. This morning when I found my cat all bloody from an unknown injury, I called wanting to bring it in EMILY had a very nasty attitude ( upon answering the phone) and acted like she didn't want me bringing my animal there. Telling me they were all booked up today. I would have to pay emergency fee if I brought it in. So STATELINE. Why don't you check to see how much money I've spent in your clinic in the last 30 years.? Is Emily such a wonderful employee she is running off your custom... read more

Your clinic is apparently a death trap for animals. My parents' spoiled, healthy 6 year old dog died under your care and you have no explanation for it at all. She was brought in because she had eaten a corn cob and Dr. Girouard wanted to do surgery the next day (even though, by this time, Abby had vomited what appeared to be most of the corn cob up). However, Abby inexplicably passed away overnight. The autopsy showed there was not even any corn cob in her system! Dr. Girouard had no explanation for what happened to this pr... read more
