I've been billed consistently for work I never had done there. I got a second and third opinion from other dentists and never went back. However, every few months I get billed for an estimate instead of services rendered. This has been happening since August 2023. As of this evening, I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (they're not accredited and have multiple complaints against them). Do not go there! The integrity of this practice is greatly lacking. My insurance paperwork showed they overcharged me for treatment. I call and asked to have overpayment returned. They said they would submit for reimbursement. When I tried to follow up about the reimbursement, that wasn't returned, I could only get their voicemail. Sales environment and terrible table side manners. I was being upselled and given a dramatized diagnosis so I can pay for extra services. Was told I couldn't even get a cleaning by the hygienist since my gums were "so bad" I've never experienced this, said I would need a more complex cleaning that coincidentally my insurance didn't cover. I went to this dentist because it was close. At first, they were friendly and good, just your basic dentist. But then I had fillings done. The experience was ok but they used this weird suction thing that keeps your mouth open and is dreadfully painful. And the rinse they used was disgusting and acidic. Needed a filling and the Dr. drilled into the wrong tooth, requiring me to receive an additional filling to fix the mistake made by the Dr. She was upfront about her mistake and didn't make me pay, and I understand that mistakes do happen, but this all could have been avoided if she had just slowed down and doubled checked what she was doing. Really just baffled at how something like this could happen. I won't be returning to this practice.

This place is awful. I had one appointment with them that took over a hour and a half because their technology wasn't working. They only did x-rays, scaling, and cleaned ONLY my top teeth. At the door I paid $107 and about a month later received a bill for $343. On top of that, they tried to schedule another appointment and told me it would cost over $1,000 for the next one. This place is a rip off. Sent me a statement for services I never had done. The place is very no-frills. I had to ask for a new toothbrush the appointment after my cleaning because they gave me nothing. When the dentist hurt me and I jumped in the chair, she just kept going, and never asked if I was OK or needed to stop for a minute. I've left 3 messages now about my incorrect statement, and no response. I guess I will have to go to the office to have this resolved.
