Was overcharged by Station Dental by 4x the amount insurance charged. They don't automatically credit your account if you over-paid, you have to call back to get refunded. If you don't call back...they keep the amount you overpaid (theft). They won't let you wait to pay till insurance runs it - you are required to pay upfront. They also don't tell you to follow-up, so this process of overcharging customers without proactively reimbursing goes under the radar. I find this extremely unethical. if I could leave a NEGATIVE 10 REVIEW I would; this place and the team is a NIGHTMARE! Do NOT schedule here EVER! They "forget" to do any sort of follow up. I had three temporary crowns placed and they say they will call you when your permanent crowns. I tried calling and texting multiple times with no response and after three months they said, "whoops we forgot to call you; yeah your crowns have been sitting here for months". Since Dr. Martinich retired, I have really wanted and tried to be OK with the corporate Station Dental takeover. I know Dr. M was old school and cared more than most Dentists these days, but what I am going through, trying to do a tooth implant has been more painful than the actual surgeries I had at the Perio Dr. They referred me to. Be very careful when you use this dental office. I have a treatment plan for $500 but they were submitting to a second insurance so they said probably less. Just received bill for $1,205 so almost 300% more than treatment plan. Never going back and fighting the bill.

I am already having my records transferred to another dentist. Worst dental experience ever. Had to stop the Dr. Half way through the cleaning and said I did not feel comfortable with the situation. Awful

Do NOT use this dental office. I'm on medicare, not private insurance. The dentist told me that I needed a crown back in March 2021. It's now August 2022 and Station Dental is trying to collect over $600 from me because insurance is saying that it was not necessary. In my opinion if it was not necessary, don't give me a crown and do your job correctly! People on Medicare don't have that kind of money to spend! This is a fight between the Dentist and Insurance. Let me start by saying everyone is very friendly there but we will not be going back. My son had a filling fall out and is still having a few problems with that tooth even after they fixed it again. I had a cavity that wasn't even bothering me that they wanted to work on. Well it turned into me not being able to chew on that side of my mouth for the next four weeks after they worked on it.
