RecommendedYes, I would recommend Staton Mortgages. They’re professional, and full of great advice and information. Thank you guys. However, I wouldn’t recommend the solicitors which they recommend. Despite having months of prep time, our mortgage transfer was delayed by a month due to the solicitors not getting their side of things complete on time. In turn, it ended up costing us a couple of hundred pounds in interest, due to unnecessarily ending up on the standard variable rate with our previous bank.
