there was a very small roof leak around a vent pipe. one company came out,took pictures and said he would ask his manager what to do then call me. I never heard back. I called Stay Dry and Kevin Dotson came out, inspected entire roof, fixed leak around vent pipe and there no leak since. very professional and reasonable price. when I do Ned a new roof they have the job. I just wanted to share my experience with Stay Dry Roofing, Carl Smith. He responded to my Home Advisor request and he was very professional, polite and understood the importance of Social Distancing. He met with my wife and I for a free estimate and then with my insurance company...practicing social distancing as well.
